Fortress Lab
Build from scratch, edit a saved design or start from a preset while balancing structural protection, weapons and the mandatory Command Core.
IN DEVELOPMENT • PHYSICS BATTLE
Build a modular fortress, protect your Command Core, aim ballistic shots and adapt after every impact by reusing intact parts and battlefield wreckage.
Currently in development for Android and not yet available on Google Play.
CORE LOOP
RuinShot combines fortress construction with turn-based artillery and a battlefield that keeps changing after every shot.
Build from scratch, edit a saved design or start from a preset while balancing structural protection, weapons and the mandatory Command Core.
Select an operational launcher, adjust angle and power, then fire a ballistic projectile into a destructible enemy fortress.
Spend limited Action Points before attacking to move surviving fortress parts or wreckage and reshape your defense.
Destroyed objects remain on the battlefield. Reposition debris to create improvised cover and protect critical structures.
Destroy the opponent's Command Core, or leave them with no operational offensive weapon when their next turn begins.
The current playable slice includes single-player battles against CPU opponents and local two-player pass-and-play on the same device.

Start a single-player match, local two-player battle or enter the Fortress Lab.

Build and refine modular defenses before taking them into battle.

Choose a launcher, set the shot and use ballistic physics to break through the enemy structure.

Destroyed pieces remain physical objects that can influence later turns and provide cover.

Destroy the enemy Command Core or eliminate their ability to continue attacking.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT
The current build includes a Fortress Lab, modular destructible structures, one ballistic weapon class, tactical Action Points, CPU battles, local two-player mode, persistent wreckage, pause/replay and both victory conditions. Campaign progression, additional weapons, audio, localization and online multiplayer are not part of the current slice.
